Clients brief was for a single storey extension with internal alterations. Space in the kitchen was maximised with adjoining dining area. A common challenge with extensions is maintaining light into the existing adjoining space. This was achieved by use of roof lights whilst working within the constraints set by Building Regulations. The plans were drawn up to be in conjunction with the kitchen designers ideas to come up with a solution to work for the Client.
