Full house refurbishment following acquisition including extension work to meet the new owners requirements. Some of the old elements were removed and replaced such as internal stud walls for improved sound proofing and better fixing of units. Increased bedroom accommodation with ensuites achieved by a two storey extension addition. Careful negotiation with Planning undertaken to achieve the necessary planning approval.  The ground floor space extended and remodelled to achieve a beautiful living room space.
